I cant find oil rocks in the artic
anyone know where oil rocks are?

I can't find any in the ocean. Maybe it's part of the same issue.

Hmm, thanks for mentioning that because I could have been missing them. The oil in the ocean used to leave a black ink trail, I wonder if they still do.
