I play on 2k with all epic settings, average 45 fps pure rasterization
How do you do your PIP, is this an option on the screen itself ? I have the odyssey g9 (not neo) and I used nvidia control panel to create a custom resolution to play at 3440x1440 (I like it better this way, FOV wise and all). But I have to run the game windowed fullscreen, and thus can't change resolution scaling. Your way might be better, if I can do that on my screen. Thanks for any pointers.
I believe thats your issue. You dont have the neo.
The Neo has a setting IN the monitor settings itself, thats called "PIP" and you can choose it, and it gives you multiple options on how you want your screen configured. 1/2, 1/3 or 2/3, or a full picture for one, and second picture in the corner of your screen.
I typically run 1/3. The 2/3 side is at 3440x1440 while the 1/3 is 1680x1400. I game on the 3440x1440 full screen mode/fake full screen (so i can alt tab to 1/3 without the fullscreen closing), and keep my discord on half of the 1/3 screen, and the other half on youtube/netflix/ingame map, etc.
