Neither "AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt" nor "PlayersJoinNoCheckList.txt" works in any of these locations:
- /ShooterGame/Binaries/Win64
- /ShooterGame/Saved/Config
- /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer
Regardless of if SteamID64 is used or if EOS ID is used.

I'm also having the issue where the "EnableCheats xxxxxx" command in-game doesn't work at all (no error shown, but further cheat commands don't work). Also when I use ?ServerPassword=xxxxxxx? argument in server launch then whenever anyone tries to join my dedicated server their game screen just goes black and they have to alt+f4 to close the game. Anyone else having these problems?
Currently I don't see any way to secure my server. I can see from the console log someone joining (their EOS and external IP) but have no way to kick them (commands in the server console don't do anything), no way to lock the server with a password, and no way to whitelist allowed players.
Any other ideas other than sit and wait for devs to fix joining features?
-exclusivejoin=EOSID-Player1,EOSID-Player2,EOSID-Player3, etc.
Without it it wont let me join. With this the server let me join.
Nevermind. Now tested with others. It still not working.
This did work for me, though have only tested with my account so far.
This leads me to believe there's a method and it's changed because yeah how broken would it be if the only way to be an admin is to type the password into the in game console if you can't even get into your own server?
PlayersJoinNoCheckList.txt Does get read when the server first launches, but I cannot get the server to create that file. I haven't tested this, but I believe that ASA will load that file once at startup and any EOSID's listed in that file should be allowed to join a full server.
This is different than the -exclusivejoin issue that we all have been trying to figure out.
to whitelist as admin Just add AdminListURL"url" to GameUserSettings under [ServerSettings] Create a .text file with your EOS ID and host it online I use GistGithub, click on raw and Copy the link pointing directly to the .text file containing the EOS ID. and paste it in AdminListURL="the urlyoucopied" hope it helps.
Thanks for helping!!
This worked perfectly thank you!
