First, we shouldn’t be paying for them to fix bugs and not why I bought it. I expect there to be bugs. I am tired of paying for games that never get finished though so, truly hope they don’t treat it like ARK Survival and Atlas. It should be treated like their baby and when a baby is sick, get the baby cared for. Second, yes, there are bugs that are in the game. I only played about a half hour and ran into a couple and not ones that were there in the old one but am optimistic that they won’t make the same mistakes and leave things as they did before. I do want to get back to playing it as soon as I can and see what has improved. I am also excited to see new RP servers coming out with Ascended. My prior comment has other thoughts.

Consider this, up until Jan this year this was supposed to be an update to the existing game, on Feb it was announced that this would be a paid, separate game. It then came out that the company is struggling financially and needs the money to support development of Ark2, which is all good and well, but, they likely should not have squandered the money that they got from sales on other businesses and games to start out with. As they saying they need the money to support development of Ark2, where do you think development of game is headed once they release it? Take a guess?

It's not a waste if I enjoy it.. and for $40 I am enjoying a lot more than I paid for.

Honestly I feel like this should have been $60 USD

I regularly work for free for various charities, am I a slave for doing so? What's wrong here is that up until Jan it was supposed to be a free update to the existing game, the only thing that changed was Snail shortfall of cash due to their bad management skills and misappropriation of funds for other business endeavors. This was a last ditch effort to avoid going bankrupt in my own opinion giving the court order to pay Marbis aka Nitrado back through sales where they take 20% of each copy sold until the debt amount is repaid.

And then we have the cross bearers going around saying how proud they are to support the company when we all know that given the chance that they will do exactly the same thing they have done multiple times before all over again. All this greedy company does is just over-promise and under deliver.
