AutoCraft on Industrial Cooker for Med Brews

When trying to use the indi cooker for med brews it seems that I am unable to use auto craft due to the dyes being crafted instead. Is there a way to disable auto craft for specific items (mainly all the dyes)?

this is a major issue actually, we need definitly a fix for this..

+1 on this, give us an option to turnoff dye crafting, or add some insignificant resource like fiber or thatch for the dyes,

I really just wanna be able to dump 5000 tintoberries and narcotics into the cooker, sleep and check on it in the morning.
