unless you're at 4k, you should easily be able set the preset to high, have global illumination to epic, textures to epic and still get 45+fps. if you don't mind the lack of atmosphere, you can do r.volumetricclouds 0 and get another 20fps too, looks sharper but loses that mysterious, hazy, humid look (and those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cartoon mists of pandaria clouds)
Not with a 3060 Ti. It's too weak and has too little vram. It runs at 100% to hit 30+ on medium settings. Which matches up exactly with a couple of gpu benchmark reviews I've seen with it.
nope. I've seen reviews that show on low settings at 1080 the 3060 is capable of 50-60 tops
Should start at the 3060, low settings if the link is right.

Should I take screenshots to prove it then? Give me a bit, I’m out doing errands right now
100% gpu usage and matches other benchmarks.. User error
You can't get better than 100% usage

Imagine multiple people telling you how their own computer runs something and then telling them they’re wrong
I always give 110% myself, but if you wanna be a victim you go ahead. Some 6'2" chad will save you, little fella
Imagine thinking 100% can be improved on and that all online benchmarks are wrong also
