Unofficial Server Movement Speed Setting

Can someone please provide the server setting that needs to be added in order to enable movement speed stats on Unofficial servers? I keep reading that it is available on Single Player and Unofficial.

Single player is easy as it's a setting in the game. I just need to figure out how to add to my unofficial private server.

I tried to change the settings in the Game.ini file from,

bAllowSpeedLeveling=False
bAllowFlyerSpeedLeveling=False

to

bAllowSpeedLeveling=True
bAllowFlyerSpeedLeveling=True

But changing this causes my Nitrado server not to work and restart constantly.

So any Ideas!

I did get bAllowSpeedLeveling=True to work, but the Flyer speed command does not work. Will just wait for a mod to fix, or for this command to be usable in a future update. I'm happy to at least be able to increase movement speed of my land dinos again.
