Yes, but to run any additional would require multiple copies of the game. That was the point. Yesterday evening they removed the DRM check allowing for multiple servers to be hosted without buying multiple copies.
Original post was for dedicated server not for non-dedicated. Non-dedicated is like the last, last resort of not being able to get a dedicated server.
WildCard walked back the DRM for servers so you can host all the dedicated servers you want.
Also, to anyone who cares to read, ASMA (Ark Server Manager Ascended) is in active development. Very early, but being made by some of the devs from ASM.
