AMD heads....

How are you guys faring in ASA ? i am sporting a 6950 XT with 64gb of Ram and a Ryzen 5800x 8 core. Nothing super amazing but the game is great at 60FPS consistently on High.

Anyone else care to share there experiences ?

5 5600x6 and 6700XT, 32gb ram, m.2 running sweetly at high as well.

Begining to think alot of the people having issues is with the DLSS frame Gen crap.

running 7900xtx with i5 13600k and running pretty fine with maxed out settings 60ish - tho i have reduced it to lower settings so my gpy wont cry anymore

3700X & 6800XT with 32GB RAM, I get 45-60FPS on a mix of epic & high settings at 1440p EXCEPT when the sun is coming up in the game's early morning. idk why that tanks my fps, but I had the same exact thing going on for ASE. :(

No idea why this is helping me, but i went from setting my "Advanced Graphics" option from Low and my fan sounded like a hurricane, i set it to Epic and now the fan is Quiet as a mouse... it runs amazing with this set to Epic and looks even better.

Mileage may vary for others, but it seems a consistent improvement.

i hate to say it, but it seems there's something going on with nvidia the last few years. it's been especially an issue for the last 3? 4? games since aug. sure, several were AMD based, but ark is a nvidia one and still issues. for the price, and they are definitely more expensive, nvidia should be way more on the ball with updates and fixes with major game releases. i still with AMD, because my entire system is and i get the boosts that way.

6900 XT XFX OClocked, 8700K OC at 4.7ghz, 16gb ram, playing in 2560x1440 with every settings in High (Textures in Ultra) and everything activated minus the Blur and bloom.

I got between 35 and 80 FPS depending on location and time ingame... but the fog and the clouds are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up so i turn them off (they are ugly and just kills my FPS)

2k running 6900xt, 5800x with 64gb ram, all medium settings except for epic on view distance, getting ~40-55 consistent depending on area.

Ryzen 5600X3D and an 7900XTX. Resolution 3840x2160 on Epic settings running between 53-68 FPS. 95% of the time it's riding right at 60-61 FPS. No stability problems. Only bug so far has been the corpse bug where you can't interact with them unless you whistle.

Funny enough I found this as-well but with it at high it kills my frames if i'm in any inventory. Could even use global illum at high with the fancy clouds runnin a somewhat chill 30-40.

Did you ever find a fix for this? I have two computers one with a 3070 TI and the other one with a 6600xt and they both drop FPS like crazy in the morning and a little bit in the evening
