Studio Wildcard website exposes internal efforts, lack thereof

Was checking out the studio wildcard website to see how they were handling the fact that they shut down ark 1 and spiddled out this ark 1.5 without having ark2 ready.

I have somewhere between 5-6000 hours of Ark time from early access to a few years ago. It was the first time I ever couldn't psychologically escape a game and made me start investigating how companies like Wildcard pay psychologists to consult them on making players stay artificially glued to the screen. I just made this post because I'm sorry for anyone getting jerked around by Wildcard and convincing themselves to pay $40 to chase the dragon of their fulfillment in Ark.

The website makes no mentions of survival ascended anywhere that I can find. It's almost like it's a cash grab? They aren't even pretending to dress this stuff up anymore.

Not to mention they are starting over again from scratch. If this helps just a single person to stop playing that game or even just find a more healthy way to play it then that's all I could have asked for. Just really frustrating to read and see so many just genuinely evil seeming trends coming from that studio. Glad I got away. Cheers to anyone still in the fight
