Server disappear from search

Not only there is some sort of search cap on amount of servers that display, cause with every refresh i hit there is a new sompletely different list of servers, every time i connect to one i cant recconect, due to it not appearing in search or in favorits, it just poofs out of existance, all of them are unofficial, is this something that happens to other people? is there a fix?

Since poople keep posting stuff here, be aware, there is NO FIX to this, as many people say this is a problem with steam\ark client, failing to filter servers properly.

SOLUTION: The only way around it is remembering name of the server, and just writing it in search, part of it or full name, and you will always find it, this helped all the people i know to play on the same server with the same problem.

It is on Steams side not the game. It happens on a lot of other games on Steam.

Cant say i had such a problem in any other game with lobbies i played on steam.
This makes game unplayable cause i cant play every time on new server, this is redicilous

Alot of unofficial host change their name often that then removes it as a favorite just got to search it again but idk why servers arent popping up in favorites tho

ty for reply, but i dont think thats the problem, i tried just plain adding a lot of servers to favorites without joining, and instantly going to favorites, and yet again its empty, i just hoped maybe someone else has this problem(

Im playing unofficial and this is happening to me as well. hours later i found my original server tried to connect and poof gone again, happened to 3 other servers so far. not to mention the game patching every hour.

This is common from finding servers on steam. Sadly https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark, is not updated for ASA yet. If you dont find your game in steam, you find it here in seconds

Just to close this topic if someone else has the same problem, while there is no solution, you can just rememeber server name and type it in search, this way you can always find it, works for me)

favorites dont save for me either lol.

I've had this same issue. I play on a server for a while like 8 hrs and then I disconnect randomly, get a super long weird error message, and I can never find the server again in search no matter what I do. ♥♥♥♥ is making me MAD.

Started happening for me as well, you can search for it and some days it's there and others it 's not. It will show up for me one day but the same day on my wife's pc it won't and vise versa. Reinstalled, tried 3 different pc's, and then all the sudden it showed up but today I'm back to the same issue of not finding it.
