Using a 3080 ti here and I play in 1920 x 1080 on ultra without major issues, may not get 60fps but its very playable and looks great. Turning off Nvidia DLSS and that other crap helped a lot with crashes for me.
If you have the hardware and are a fan of Ark I would recommend it.
