If Nitrado has a monopoly on ASA servers how is GPortal advertising ASA servers?

It would seem as though this is accurate. G-Portal has released an official statement citing the exclusivity agreement, and that they will not be hosting ASA servers.

That's what I thought too, but GPortal ads for ASA servers kept coming up on Youtube. That's why I was confused.
