Why my builds cant rotate and are always in the middle of my foundations

Hello guys, i don't know about you but when i try to put any campfire, mortal and pestle or forge, they are always in the middle of my foundation and cannot rotate, how do i fix it please ? (i saw one post about it and people said that i needed to hold q to remove it but it does noting (my q key is a, im on an azerty keyboard), help

in the bottom left corner it should say the button to hold down if q isnt working

Not working for me either, doesn't show a button. I've remapped everything though (lefty). What's Q by default?

Edit: NVM, finally figured it out. It's "toggle fists" if anyone else is looking for this. It was unassigned for me, which is why it wasn't showing a prompt I guess.
I hate that so many buttons have 2nd uses, but aren't listed anywhere in the bindings.
