Funny enough, my first 18 years in America, the only place you could see female breasts other than a girlfriend was a strip bar.

I get sent to Germany in the US Army and the bus ride from Heidelberg to Stuttgart, I see women walking outside topless in 2001.

Within my 2nd day and my first visit to a Schwimmbad (or pool) guess what I see? Hint: it was more than tops....
