"cheat DestroyWildDinos"
works for me. So console commands seem to not have changed much.
Ho do you open the normal console? the good ol' button doesnt seem to work
I launch Ark with "No battleeye" option, since I do not care for offcial servers. That may be why it works for me, but not for you.
Normally dinos take some time to repopulate, they also do not spawn in direct area player is in, until players moves away. Travel some distance from where you`re, and see if there`s any dinos already. Fish in the rivers is also a good indicator that spawning is working correctly,
Difficulty 1+ max level set dino level increment to 5, meaning that wild dinos can spawn with levels from a minimum of 5 to a max of 150.
Story map do not skip any of intermediate levels, so you have an equal chance of dinos spawning at any level with given increment. Non story maps skip some increments, making both very low and very high levels more likely.
