Should i Upgrade? RX 6800XT R7 3700x not happy with Performance low FPS

Hey guys i got a RX 6800XT GPU a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU and 32 GB RAM.
I got on low-med settings around 40-60 fps on 1920x1080. And in my Opinion it looks not so good as i think it should be. I try already the Console command to remove the Clouds but it dont helped me a lot. Maybe some of u have the same setup or similar so i can compare.

Otherwise i thinking about to buy a 5800X3D this should be incrase some FPS.

and i get around 40 FPS on high at 1080p

and i get around 40 FPS on high at 1080p

Many thanks in future i will buy the 5800x3d so maybe a nice xmas gift for me xD

Or just wait for them to optimize the game.

And i dont think your motherboard is compatible with the 5800X3D, which would mean extra cost and hassle.
