Navigate to Advanced.
Toggle Console Access to ON.
Return to your game.
Press ESC. You should now see a console button in the bottom left corner.

This will help people get better performance, but there is a difference.
Sadly, I don't see a way to have different volumetric cloud quality. Is it just 0 and 1? On and off? It looks amazing with it on. Is there a half way point?

However, it does add at least 20-30 fps extra. It's benefitial for any PvP players.
