how to change speed on flyers with command

cheat SetStatOnTarget Speed 1.5

this will make flyers faster without having to change their level. im unable to level the speed stat even with the settings turned on so this is my compromise. just play with the number if its too fast or too slow but anything above 2 is pretty much insane
