Dino AI question

I am curious about the 'better' dino AI & if it's even a thing. Is there a significant difference with the dino AI for those playing compared to ASE?

its even dumber imo, if u put a dino on folow it will randomly run a zig zag even tho nothing is blocking a straigt path.

When I have dinos following me they seem to have an easier time pathing around obstacles than they used to

Had a baryonyx that had a really hard time navigating through the river in the middle of the map, though…

nah i saw this t rex instead of falling down the mountain it just waited, while i fell down

Its a lot worse, killed 150 raptor with primitive spears, just running around.
Tamed iguanodon, had no saddle yet, got stuck on every tree and rock, took 20 minutes to move it 200m.

There are no improvements in anything, they just ported old ♥♥♥♥♥♥ code and introduced new bugs and instabillity.

left my lystro stuck behind a rock and it turned around a found a path around it so I think that it is possible

had a dino get stuck behind a tree. after i cut tree down it did run off. noticed baby dinos will follow its parent into battle which is lucky as you have to kill it before you can claim the baby.
not a Ai thing but the dinos still clip into each other and never noticed any difference in some of the models.

Thanks all! Good to know & I've seen tons of posts, live streams, etc., with performance complaints. I'll most likely hold off on purchasing for a while
