you should be able to force VSync in your GPU game profiles.

If you're on Nvidia, use the control panel and create a profile for the game.

I had the same issue. If your max refresh rate is 60 set the limit to 58-59 and see if that fixes the issue. It worked for me.

You can also enable vsync via the command panel ingame, just press ` and then look for vsync. it on 0 by defualt

You could enable vsync through the control panel and then limit frames in the game to 30fps. That would allow you to have both.

You can limit frames to whatever you want in the graphic settings.

It's in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini ", about midway down.
Just set it to 1.
