game crashes at char creator unless i run with a dx11 console command
all servers keep crashing
many cpus only have 15% usage in game (incl 9700k), making the game run at 15 fps
charging $40 for this mess

Yeah, I'd recommend a refund and to wait until/if they ever decide to fix things before you come back.

I have a regular 2080 with 32gb of ram and it is running at 30+ fps. what DLSS settings are you using if at all? Putting mine on the heavier performance levels is not really noticeable to me as far as quality difference and runs a lot better.

That's normal that CPU don't have 100% usage. If so, that means your CPU bottlenecks your GPU. However, if GPU is not 100% and that your CPU doesnt bottleneck your GPU, then there is a problem

Yeah the CPU is running at 15-20% usage while GPU is at 100%. Usually in heavy games cpu can reach anywhere from 75-80% but it seems like its dead locked below 20% here

Running at max performance rtx with everything on low. It doesn't really matter since the GPU is being heavily underutilized

yep, i7 9800 and 3070ti and it ran like a potato. average 25 fps on lowest settings. I requested a refund but it took 2 hours to get the game to run so i'm over the time limit.

I know the game is far from optimized and laggy as hell. But if you haven't already try this command to disable clouds, saves a ton of FPS:
r.VolumetricCloud 0

dx 12 is listed as a requirement for the game. i got mostly the same setup. and i run everything at low around 50-60 fps. if i tweak the settings to make the game look decent i get 30-37 fps. im using 2560x1440p
