Why can't I join the unofficial server I'm hosting using Nitrado

Every time I make a character and try to join it goes to the cut scene. Then once the cut scene finishes I get the error message "kicked by battleeye: client not responding".



Alright I have tried more solutions. Like verifying my game's files, reinstalling ASA, re downloading battleye, rebooting my router, upgrading my router's firmware and lastly, disabling my firewall. None of it worked so does this mean that I am never gonna be able to use my own server? Is this Wildcard's fault? Battleyes's fault? Or Nitrado's fault?



Guys.. I HAVE DONE IT I found what the issue was I tried tweaking a bunch of things and I have seen a bunch of people talking about some Cucosoft Netguard being the issue well I don't have that but what I realized was that I did have an internet security software namely AVG Internet Security and I tried turning off a bunch of things and what finally worked what finally got me able to play in my ARK server was turning off the behavior shield I could probably just have ASA itself excluded from being scanned. So yeah that was pri much the issue and solution to my issue.

I am getting the same thing....ive tried deleting and reinstalling battle eye but it just keeps happening...not sure what to do.

i had to do a reinstall on my nitrado server to make it even show up. give that a try in case there was a corruption in install. It'll be on the panel towards the left-side bottom.

I have the same issue? They appear to not show how to get the server working. Anyone any ideas? I already reinstalled.. It just will not show up on Ark ascended?

Please don't support this scummy practices. (using nitrado servers) People keep buying them they will keep this rule and it's going to hurt the game

I have already re-installed the server a bunch of times and I have also seen that people are able to play in my server since its set to public. Therefore, I am to believe that this is a game issue or Battleye's issue

It was indeed not Nitrado. Cuz I finally found where the issue persisted after a day of searching.
