Depends on how important quality is to you. I have a 3060 and I'm fine running on medium settings at 30-40 fps. Others have an aneurysm if their game dips even one frame below 60

I'd pass if it were me. You might be able to get 40-50 fps, though... in 1080p.

If you are one of these people who will say with a straight face that 45fps is completely unplayable... then no. You should not play this on a 3080.

If you are a normal, well adjusted adult with a bit of understanding on what EA means then by all means.

I remember times when we called 30fps console peasants.... and here we are 600$ gpu at glorious 30fps.... with an early access double release remaster of 8 year old game.

At the moment I would not recommend it. My 3080ti is far below what I would call playable in this game, that is if I even manage to get past character creator without crashing.

At 1440p with a 3080 I get 45-55 fps on medium. it doesn’t look horrible, but doesn’t look great for the price.

volumetriccloud 0 in console command when you start playing. It will take away the ridiculous amount of clouds and significantly raise FPS

I have RTX 3060 with 16RAM and it is working well so far. (GS66 Stealth gaming laptop) The game looks good to me with no crashes, no stuttering so far. I only turned off Motion Blur. DLSS was already off. Most of my video settings were auto set to Medium. Foliage Quality, General Shadows, Textures was auto set to high, and Global Illumination quality was set to epic. I checked my FPS and it is around 50.

Was using a 3080ti and it was ok at medium settings, lots of pausing when assets load but once local assets around you are loaded its fine. I refunded only because I host my own cluster of servers and this ASA does not follow the same license model preventing multiple copies running without paying or using their exclusive hosting.
