black screen

when i try to play it the logo screen comes on then it goes black. i updated my drivers but it didnt matter?

I heard it runs a bit slow even on PCIE SSDs. I wouldn't recommend a HDD.

Not the problem. I have the same issue with 200Gb+ of free space in my SSD.

Some people are suggesting to update the GPU drivers, but me and the OP have drivers updated.

The game just don't run.

Have reinstaled. Have rebooted the PC. Have updated VCRedist versions.

Hey i was having the same problem this is a bit random but mine would also give black screen, i513600k/4070ti. i tried alot of things nothing worked, but when i removed "r.VolumetricCloud 0" from the startup command (did it to increase frames) and unplugged my joypad, the game started randomly working, 1 of those made it work, id guess the command line.

I am also having this issue.
Running form boot 2TB NVME boot drive
4090 GPU
7950 CPU
Samsung Ultrawide monitor (but no volume either)
Restarted, Tried both regular file for boot and Battle Eye, ran as administrator.
Windows is fully updated.
