dino leveling

trying to get dino levels on my own world to be maximum level but even with maximum difficulty on i see only level 8 dinos

they may already be spawned. may need to do cheat destroy all dinos or all wild dinos
also make sure difficulty offset is set to 5 IIRC is the same level as official?

yes, do a dino wipe. And the difficulty offset isn't needed. Set the difficulty to HARD , my dinos go up to 150 on my single player game.
