Water pipe
Is it just our server, or does anyone know how to get water pipes? We have the stone water intake, stone watertank and where you get your water from. But no pipes

Ah, I noticed that not long ago when trying to sort out crop irrigation! Looks like using the tank to catch rainwater then, for now. 😞

The intake pipes description said it transfers water wirelessly. Its got a blue dome radius which isnt very big tbh. Im trying to work out how to extent the distance cos i built just too far away from the water that it doesnt reach my base.

The intake has a range now. Just place the tap near its range.

Yeah not sure. I noticed the the tap has a radius around it. I'm close enough to my water source that I'm within that bubble. Not sure how you would get water further inland. Subscribing to see if anyone else has done it.

So how do you run pipes across the map then when you build far from water?

maybe plant growth doesnt work at all because i water tanked next to the intake everything has water in it and the farm plot is also irrigated but nothing is growing...only thing i need to try is to fertilize the plot to see if it grows to rule that part out....also i intaked and was within the bubble, built a house on top of a little bluff above it and placed a tap...the tap said no water was connected to it....idk if its just me but i dont think farming works? someone please correct me

Tried on solo game : farming works fine!
When crops are in the intake radius, they'll be watered automatically, and once you add a seed and some fertilizer, this grow fine :)
Hadn't tried yet in a greenhouse though

Here is how you solve this. Use 1 Intake Pipe in the water then keep placing Water Wells. The water is "wirelessly" transferred as long as it is in range. You can show/hide the range of the intake and the wells to coordinate your placements. I just did this for my mountain side base.

How do you hide/unhide the range? I have now found that this indeed works. But can't find the range of it
If you hold the tap and are near the intake, you'll see a blue sphere.
Try moving around, it depends upon how far you are from it.

Water tanks spread the range.
The water tank has a MUCH bigger range than the tap; I'm putting the intake in the water below the cliff, and while the tap can't be placed at the top, I CAN put a tank there and then a tap on the tank.
