There is no tamingspeedmultiplier in the game.ini. At least not in mine. The usual command ha sno effect.

TamingSpeedMultiplier= goes into the GUS.ini under [ServerSettings]

Does it need to go somewhere specific? I just put it at the end of all the default settings. Just curious if it would still work.

You just need to make sure that it's in a line below the line that says [ServerSettings] and before and other line with a text inside square brackets (these mark "sections").
The order of these lines within these sections normally does not matter (with just one exception I could think of).
