yep, stutters and freezes are the big problem. It seems that you need a minimum of at least 12GB vram just to run medium at 1080p
4070 TI here, similar settings and it's as unstable as it gets. FPS is all over the place. spikes from 120 to 30, it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess.
Got a 3080, 32gb ram. I-711800h, SSD, this should be able to run the game. I mean the FPS is ok-ish, it's just random 1 second freezes that don't seem to correlate to anything. The FPS is decently stable before and after but a random one second pause at any time is just unplayable.
