Yes they did on official, you can still do it on unofficial servers (if turned on) or on single player

atm theres no ini option or anything for enabling character speed for unofficial

Im just wondering how it will work without movement speed on gen 1 and 2 missions since that was one of the best strats to have high movement speed on those wave based missions?

So I am playing single player and prefer leveling up speed on my flyers. I have allow leveling movement speed on and flyers on as well but still cant. Need help.

no movement speed increase is gonna make the trash pvp players actually do something now

You can put "add movement speed" with leveling in one of the game options. It is possible and I did put it in my game.

There's tons of options that I overlooked when I first started playing but if you look at those top tabs in the game menu before entering the world, there is a lot of stuff to choose if you want to customize a lot of different things.

See I enabled it in for singleplayer since I dont really care for pvp or I can just host a non dedicated and play with my few friends. The problem is I have enabled both and I still cant upgrade movement speed on flyers but I can on everything else.

Im having the same issue as you, both options toggled to on and yet i can't upgrade my boy Sugar Soap the pteranodon to become the bullet i know him to be... im sure there will be a patch soon enough

Maybe it's because I play PVE on my own dedicated server but I don't really see the point in removing movement speed, you really had to waste a lot of points to make a difference in your speed.

It has been fine not having it but I do want to turn it on for my server because more options are always better imo. Unfortunately the ini setting "bAllowSpeedLeveling=True" doesn't seem to be working. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
