Here's a why.... Devs never managed to get the previous ark to work properly not even close. And this is probably worse and won't ever get better and tbh wtf ie this even a shader pack on the same game.....

And you are a moron. It is happening to people with the newest, greatest hardware like me. 3 to 5 seconds of lag despite having an i9-13th generation, 4080, 64GB RAM. I tried it on my Alienware x17 r2 with similar results. My wife is using an Alienware x15 r1 with no problem. Asked Studio for assistance and all they could say is "uninstall/reinstall". BTW, that didn't help either.

I bought to play with a few friends, the lag is game breaking, doesn't really matter what hardware you have it's on their side. Tweak a few settings like dlss for the 2060 and it should help your frame rate, drop resolution as well that's all I can say.. wish they would have fixed or at least mitigated the rubberbanding
