Language settings help

I'm Japanese so I have my Steam language as Japanese, but I want to play ASA in English. Is there a way to change the language?

My steam settings are english but somehow my game is half dutch so there probably is a way
I'm looking for a fix to change the game to full english

Simply add -culture=en to the launch options (right click on the game > properties)
