Cant get in console

Hi, tried to get to the console to deactivaste the clouds but it didnt work. Set console on, rebind the key. but still not working. Any ideas ?

Under Settings>Advanced you will find "Console Access" in the middle of the left column. Turn it on. After that you will have a Console Button in the lower left corner if you press esc.

Dunno how to fix the other console not showing up. Having the same issue
