Why is it so blurry?

It doesn't look sharp at all. Tried to record some image to show it but those colours came our completely messed up... which normally only happens with HDR so that was also weird.

Try switching to Full Screen.

When I first launched the game and set it to 4k, I was getting very good FPS but it looked a bit blurry, and when I tried to read text I realized it was very blurry and obviously not at 4k despite the UI saying it was. Switching to Full screen cut my FPS in half but the game looked MUCH sharper and the text was clear. So setting the resolution to 4k obviously didn't take until I switched to Full Screen. (I switched back after and the resolution stayed correct)

That was the first thing I did, and it didn't help. Which is why I tried the Full Screen mode. The UI is obviously bugged.
