There is a beautiful discount for ARK owners that aren't willing to pay $40 for the immense amount of work that goes into a complete overhaul in a new engine. Take your ASE game...and hit play. It's free if you already own it! It sounds like you're not going to appreciate the work that went into the remaster anyway. Don't buy it if you don't want to. They're selling the remaster for cheaper than most games do, which is indeed a great way to support loyalty.
