Originally it was supposed to come with Ark 2, but they changed their mind and increased the price and added DLC instead, and they are coming within a year or two, the DLC are not on launch.

I'm just happy we even got it as I heard they where gonna cancel this version of the game so $40 isnt going to break my bank, not that I support their stupidity but I love Ark and wanna play it some more.
