The part that is damaged look damaged and the crash animation looks beautiful.
The Wanzer models are wow-worthy, look at the Tempest, Vapor or Zenith!
The FM 2nd remake is gonna blow all the new 3D SRPG mecha game outta the water though (for 2D mecha SRPG, SRW is still better).
Not sure if 2 has the change.
lol I saw a few reasons why, but anyway glad you are here.
As for the people complaining about the animation or PS3 graphics art or graphics fidelity, grab a copy of "Into the breach" than play "Front Mission 1st remake"
If you can not see the difference, you may need to check your vision.

Clean and anime art-style
Fast and heavy movement
Slick UI
Crunchy sound effects
The original feels right in the context of a manually drawn pixel art game. This remake attempts to look realistic but instead everything looks toy-ish.
That's where you're wrong.
It looks and sounds like a 2010s mobile game.
...I'm talking about graphics, sound and production value.
Liar?
I'm sure you're aware that demos aren't THAT long.
Also, how long do I need to play this demo to notice how cheap it looks?
Here's a hint: not that much.
You're grasping for straws.
Bring your fanboysm elsewhere.
No, it's bad. You're settling for mediocrity.
I judge what I see for what it is.
But anyway, I said my piece: it's a toy looking game with an horrid and cheap art direction.
Discussion over.
This man has a point!
