Stuck in Menasa

I just arrived at the 3rd city "Menasa, and the guy just says to check on my ride until further orders, I've talked to everyone and travelled back to other city's but no advancement. how do i get the next mission, and can we even farm somewhere for exp? i cant beat that girl in arena shes way more armour and damage than anything i can get at this stage.

Ah, this is not a bug.
You need to visit the arena, see if you meet a beautiful chinese chick.

EDIT: Never mind, you already met her, you can just grind exp and money in the arena.

Ah but im not good with "LUCK" Ever, She has 100% accuracy and crit , and i have 1%
Im normally dead on her 2nd shot if i get to that. I bought all the stuff i wanted and spent up.

No offense, but she wasn't that tough when I beat her. What weapon are you using? I had the PAP-55 I think, and had upgraded all my body parts. You have upgraded all your parts in the store, right? If not, go and do that!

upgrade? i bought new parts , but i didnt see any upgrade . its nothing to do with what to use, its to do with rng , and i have more chance at winning the lottery than hitting the target , i pnly get 2 goes at most . normally one and i miss , she goes and hits crit , over. If the game dosnt wont to miss then it wont ,

Anyway i done her now, i just had to keep re-trying until i hit and she missed.
