If you dislike changes, this game is for you!
unless you're telling me there's part aiming skill now?
how they combo them as well.
FM1 hs always, afaik, had part aiming. If by that you mean the ability to aim for specific wanzer parts. It has to be unlocked though, it's not available from the beginning. Look for "Duel" for short, "Guide" for long.
It's remake, not remaster or definitive edition. They have a freedom to re-imagine however they want as long as the soul is still there.
There are many Front Mission kind of game that came out recently[some are demo]
I think I did play this game somewhere but damn, I feel like I'm playing an old game from 20-30 years ago.
I guess it's the problem with my expectation with the word remake and not remaster.
And maybe I just don't like 1st front mission[which I don't remember] but I do remember front mission 2. [maybe because I did own ps1]
I feel like the words remake/remaster are used basically at random very often and there's little to go by there, but I can understand how you feel. I didn't play 1 personally, but I feel like I might enjoy it, but it's not something I'm in a rush to play.
Hello, sure, tho you need to keep in mind it's rather an old-school tRPG :) If you like the setting and want to get into the franchise it's a great starting point
Despite the older mechanics, it's not by any stretch a bad game. It's still very fun to play and i enjoyed it quite a lot on the SNES.
Changes = bad.
Now go to this board.
No changes = bad.
Oh well, everyone got an opinion.
