Editing game saves to create scenarious

I would love to be able to create custom savegame files to re-create real-world scenarios. Like driving as mick schumacher after the last pitstop at Spa and try to fight for a Podium. Save Files looks to be json files, but specifically protected from any tinkering by signature. Why protect those? (or maybe tell us how signature is created) Let us tinker with our offline save files and share them online with others! This would open up so many possibilities, as it is quite boring to always start a multi-class race from Lap1 without specific goal. Maybe someone would even create a custom scenario creator tool to specify all AI cars positions, fuel, tires so you have a full race going-on when you exit the pitlane.
