Natively it will have a very heavy assist turned on by default (akin to the one in ACE, without any option to tweak it). It requires tinkering in the game save files as not all options, that rFactor2 had, are available in-game (god knows why, never got any answer from the dev team when I asked them almost year ago). As long as they don't lock out those settings from the save file, it will be fine, but until early access is over it is pretty hard to tell. And even then, if those options do not make it into the game menu, you cannot be 100% sure that one day they will not disappear from the config files or become unfunctional/unsupported.
My main fear is that the controls are too sensitive, especially at medium and fast speeds, I won't be able to play if that's the case. Since I'm used to the comfort of ACC and AC
Otherwise there are no settings unless you edit files.
People who use a controller are talking here.
Just to be on the safe side, if anyone wants to play single player, there is no other content than a single race weekend.
