Low FPS on high specs, please share your info and FPS
I have intel i7-10700F 2.90 GHz, 48Gb RAM, AMD Radeon Vega 56 8 Gb.
With these specs I can get around 50 fps max at 2k with low-medium settings. Graphics is bad for me at such state that I can't play normally. Corners can't be smooth.
Meanwhile I have ACC which flyes on max settings on my PC at 4k with stable 100 fps.

i7-8700
RTX 3070
24GB Ram

Medium graphics overall at 1440p

Struggling to have 60FPS on Portimao, seems fine on other tracks, Le Mans with all cars is using close to 100% RAM.

ACC is better looking with better performance, but LMU released today and is early access, so, for now, i'm ok with the optimization not being perfect, but I expect better performance in the future.

Hi, a dev replied on the discord and he recommends turning off reflections and shadows for now. It's been running perfectly ever since.

Mhh i7-8700 & RTX 3070, high specs in 2024 ?
For sure they are going to make improvements, we are just beta testers for now

I7-10700K
32GB Ram

Only played for 20 mins but was getting 15fps in the pits at Spa at 1440p. Set the graphics to 1080p and was getting 22fps. Didn't really change settings from default except put cars at 20.

I made it half way down the pit lane 2 times and decided to refund. Very long loading times means I am not going to keep going back to the menu all the time to try and get decent frames at 1080p low settings.

For reference in AMS2 and ACC I can play at 1440p ultra and get 120fps (in the dry) Play at 4K and get 60fps.

I expected bugs with a EA game and was willing to put up with them if it felt good. I cant play a racing game (or any game) at 22fps.

5600x, rx6600 8gb, 32gb ram, and running on a crappy ass tv, and with a few amount of AI in Lemans felt pretty good. And running on high resolution, felt good. Probably 60fps but not sure.

edit: been messing the the FFB for 2 hours almost on my g29 lol

I tried that and it went from around 40 fps to over 100 fps and I had shadows on medium.

R5 4500
RTX 4060 8GB
16GB of DDR4
1080p

depends heavily on the track, in bahrain, portimão and sebring i get 90 - 120 fps on the default high settings
while in fuji and spa specially i get 30 - 40 max

i thought it was a cpu bottleneck as usually thats the main problem i run into but its not, as my cpu usage is quite low while i play the game so idk whats causing it

No I had shadows on medium and got 40 fps turned them off and got over 100 fps sorry I didn't make that clear. Was just stating that even medium shadows have a huge impact on fps.
rault Feb 20, 2024 @ 12:55pm
I think it's actually the reflections only that cause troubles. After turning both reflections to low, I'm able to run everything maxed out at ultra in 4K and get 60-90 fps consistently with shadows at medium. 3070 with 5800x3d
