Can you help me configure my Porsche GT3?
I normally play as a BMW GT3 with these settings: TC 557, Brake bias 52.5%, ABS 5.

But when playing as a GTE I really liked the Porsche and I want to play as a Porsche in the GT3 cars too, but I don't know what kind of configuration would give me a good base to understand the car without taking too many risks. Can you recommend any?

I'm a new player and I don't even know if a brake bias above or below 50% is better on the Porsche, for example.

Configuration suggestions for the Porsche GTE are also welcome, thank you.

Drive some recon laps and assess the balance. Then make adjustments to alter the balance to suit you.

For example you want to determine if the car understeers or oversteers. Does it happen on corner entry or corner exit? Mid-corner? Brake bias in a Porsche (rear engine) and a BMW (front engine) will not necessarily be related. Drive some laps and see how it feels then come back in to dial it in.

ABS 5 is a good neutral setting, and you can tweak this to alter the car's balance under braking. Lower number will encourage more rotation under braking and allow smoother trail braking. Higher number will make the car understeer more on corner entry but will help if you're locking the brakes.

Can you help me with brake bias? I've seen sources giving very different values, both for GT3 and GTE.

For GT3 I saw values of 51% and another suggesting 55% (which seems high to me).

For GTE I saw values of 51% and others of 48.5% (I think months ago when I tested the game I played with a TC below 50 and did reasonably well, but I'm not sure).
Sure I think I can, but this is a feel thing, each driver will want it a little different. You need to turn laps and see how it feels when braking. If you're locking brakes on one axle you should shift the brake bias away from that end of the car. If not locking brakes, then adjust it to give you the balance you want on the binders.

55 might be what you need, 51 might be too. I suspect the answer lies in the middle.

Does Crew Chief work in LMU? The spotter will tell you which axle you're locking up if that is an issue.
