Hosted server prices

Is there a price list somewhere, how much exactly a server costs or is there a way to host servers without the high extra costs?

When I wanted to create a server, I was supposed to pay 6€. That's a lot for a server that is only online for 2 hours. I didn't read anything about it before. Where exactly do you find out what costs how much?

Why would you expect another price than the one you were asked for ? Do you think there is some hidden discount if you look enough for it ?

You would have had to top up credits for that. But I don't know if all of them would have been used up. The business model is simply opaque. A subscription wouldn't lower the price either, would it? I don't know anything about that, that's why I'm asking. You can save yourself the stupid answers...

So, for example, a server with 38 slots with 30 min training, 30 minutes qualifying +1h race costs 1.50€, if I read it correctly.
