Don't listen to the troll bud
But the publisher, Motorsport Games, might ♥♥♥♥ it up at some point, like they already did. And they pay for LMU, so... let's hope everything will be all right. (As they just secured 2.5 millions $ from Pimax, we're ok for some time)
There worse than EA Sports "Its in the Game" All features are gonna be in the F1 25 Game!
with...
Motorsport Games/Studio 397 Features not in the Game its in with Money.
if EA Sports did this they would be Ridiculed, somehow MG/S397 are exempt from this!
"Maybe its because no one gives a sh!t and have better things to do! other than LMU fans"
"they just secured 2.5 millions $ from Pimax"
And how is that good?! More servers pointless! Add this-that, too late man!!! Hype is gone!
"its very clear but most are too blind to see that... rF3 makes more sense at this point and LMU is just a money grab, would love to be proved wrong tho when you look at it this way...
if they commit to LMU adding a lot more DLC and enough people don't buy into it, the next Game maybe rF3 is gonna be shoot in the foot before it even gets out the door."
Its harder to recover from lost momentum than from when all momentum was first gained!
No mention of DLC or RaceControl-Pro/Pro+ that will come at a later date that will cost money and not included in the Early Access Base Game Price...
As of now most weeks if One has only the Base game they cant do Daily (paywall) Races!
From day one Day one players could just load LMU play online no worries!
then from around august 2024 that all changed Day One buyers were treated all most like a pyramid scheme cause from then and then later getting locked out of online Races/Modes all but to force more money from guys without Prior knowledge of extra cost!
Simply Lovely - If on 20 February 2024 LMU had a Ultimate Edition for $199,99 I/Most would have bought it knowing right were supporting MG/S397
and were getting every future content Released so just Install-Play-Enjoy...
Not my fault I could only Buy Early access Base game day one at a cheap Price to later find out I have to jump threw hoops to get DLC, RaceControl Pro/Pro+ to get all Daily Races, Online Championships, and soon Customisation options,
A bad finicky way to do things...
Than with all my other Video Racing Games just buy the edition I want Install-Play-Enjoy!
Buy the Season Pass and still don't get Online Championships
Why did Motorsport Games / S397 have to be complicated and not just give a choice Day 1

Thirdly, they aren't going to have an "ultimate" edition since all content does require a license these days. And last I checked, having the most updated material can be a very big deal. Where credit is due, I thought LeMans really showed as truly unique from all other sims. Didn't feel like it was on a smaller scale to be blown up for saving data.
Also, they never said they would charge to be online. There are many features opened to those who do pay membership, which shouldn't come as a discouraging factor. I plan to wait for a bit more content before paying my way, but will be looking forward to it. In fact, I don't see them going back on any part of information they gave out already. If they did in fact say what they might have, the hype goes through the roof, then a boycott because people tend to raise expectation in their perfect little world. The list gets long pretty fast if you do this without first optimizing the game and it's engine. If you feel this is incorrect, then clearly you must be a Windows support associate!
