General consensus around the IRL GT3 drivers is the new tyre model is the closest to real life we have seen yet, Coach Dave even said there could still be more grip added to the front tyres.

How do you come to the conclusion that "easy" means unrealistic?

I'd also take arcadish and easy as unrealistic, especially arcadish, but I don't know who would call real life racing easy.

All the paid drivers that paved their ways in driving GT3s at high level should be a clue on how hard it actually is. To the OP, LMU GT3s feels more like ACC, RRRE or even AC mods since the last update, that might not be a coincidence. And I do agree that there is still a lack of front end bite still. Good news though, LMU offers other categories to drive.

Yep, yep. Show your replay and time.

Its now the closest sim to real GT3 experience on the market. Coach Dave was mentioned, James Baldwin also stated that LMU Mcclaren (which he drives in real life) is the best in sim racing.
About real life driving beeing quite easy with GT3s in real life thats true - in terms of handling. This cars are stable, full of electronics - same as above - listen to real life drivers comparing sim GT3s to real life - they often laught about ppl thinking that driving this cars in terms of handling is very hard and harder (and also unrealistic) sims are closer to real life because they are just "hard".
What is hard in real life GT3s racing is to drive fast with consistency, race craft and REAL risk of crashing your car when you pushing.

Calling LMU arcadish is just pure ignorance, thats all.
I think caoch dave academy is right, at least it matches what I think,

Contrary to popular belief, driving fast on a track isnt that difficult. I've been on Mid Ohio several times, the perfect track for turns, the Honda Test trak in Marysville Ohio, high speed oval, and the London police pursuit track, basic but teaches you the skills.
I can drive fast and whip the cars around at ease. Driving fast IS easy.

The difficult part is being right there between .5 sec and .2 sec of the fastest. Thats where the pros live and why we will never be pros.

LMU is without a doubt the finest driving feel ever in a sim. It feels like second nature. The way it brakes, the tires digging in, the rear, its all there.

These cars are not hard to drive *and the ice rink experience from ACC is not realistic (*if that's a main reference to someone). Watch Coach Dave video with IRL experience on LMGT3.

LMU gt3 still slides too much and the tires should be even more planted on mid corner.

Race cars are easy to drive, its a myth that they are hard. Driving at the limit is hard though.

I saw a pro driver say even a 1960's Ford GT 40 the one that won at LeMans in 66 is stable and solid, just gets a little light and floaty at 200 mph. Imagine new cars.
now go race with the pros and see how close you get to their lap times. its easy irl to drive gt3.. going on the limits is another matter all Together.

Look at Coach Dave's (Dave Perel real life GT3 driver) video on the new update from what Ive seen he said that before the cars slid too much and it was unrealistic and that in real life it almost never slid like that and the limiting factor was not the tyres but the aero and thats how it should be
too many sim racing experts no real drivers:steammocking:
