AI Features that were in rFactor 2 but not in LMU....
I've been spending some time with Le Mans Ultimate lately, and as much as I appreciate the gains its made recently, there are still a few issues.

- No Retire and Spectate Option
In rFactor 2, you could retire from a race in single-player mode, and go to the garage and then spectate. You cannot do this in LMU. Instead, the only option you're given is to go to the main menu.

-AI Control Toggle Removed Without Explanation
rFactor 2 used to have a button to toggle AI control for your car, which was particularly handy during long endurance races. This feature was removed without explanation in LMU. For a game that's supposedly about endurance racing, not having a way to hand over control to the AI is a glaring oversight????

-No AI Driver Swap Functionality
Continuing on the AI control issue, LMU lacks AI driver swap functionality for both the player and AI-controlled teams. This is a fundamental feature for endurance racing games, where driver swaps are a critical part of the experience. Without this, endurance racing in LMU feels incomplete and almost pointless.

For a title marketed as the ultimate endurance racing game, these omissions are simply unacceptable. What’s the point of a 24-hour racing game if you can’t have driver swaps or retire and spectate? It feels like these features were either overlooked or intentionally left out, but either way, they significantly diminish the experience compared to rF2.

Honestly, I just wish this game fails hard, so that the WEC licence gets picked-up by a dev team that understand what a good game is (i.e. not removing feature and options for the sake of "realism") and a publisher that does not just care about their shareholders numbers.

Maybe the best thing would be that Reiza take over the game entirely and just make the best version of rF2/LMU juts like they did the best version of rF1 with AMS and the best pCars2 with AMS2.
