Releasing paid dlc for an EA game that's not even close to done or stable is obviously just a money grab, which they probably need to even keep working on the game.
I'm keeping my hopes up tho, maybe one day it'll be there - and maybe even support vr.
Doesn't matter either way to me really - i just bought it as I seem to be collecting race sims.
I'm more of an open-wheel driver anyway, and I tend to avoid tin-tops.
I knew all the issues MSG was having before i bought it... just look at Nascar Ignition.
It does have potential.
Yeah so you keep saying.
Good for you.
But you completely missed the point of what I was saying.
By releasing a DLC Mod for RF2 they would get more users and sales which would help them avoid bankruptcy.
Because if you look MSG up in Companies House and the Nasdaq shares (which has just hit $1.65 a share)
They are sinking fast.
So no amount of butt kissing will save them.
Something has to change and quickly because there are more people fed up with LMU then are happy with it.
Do you understand now why I say this is a shame?
Don't bother, you said "bad" things about the studio and/or the game, you are on their hate list now whatever truth you may expose.
Stats for that claim?
You are just on the 'hilarious' list.... ;-)
I hear you and I understand what you’re saying.
But it’s best to be open about what MSG and Studio 397 are facing.
If MSG declares bankruptcy, then Studio 397 will be stripped clean of everything and sold off, everything will shutdown and those in denial will be the ones complaining about losing £125.
To give those a bit of an eye opener.
MSG in February 2021 was listed on the NASDAQ at $300 a share.
In three years they’re struggling to maintain $1.80!
I like RF2, I like LMU “I don’t have a pc good enough to run it, but I bought it”
I’m waiting till intel launches their 15th gen cpu and Nvidia launch their 5000 series, before I commit money for new hardware.
But by the looks of things MSG, Studio 397, RF2 and LMU will be shutdown before then.
That’s ok I don’t need to prove anything to you.
I have no stake in this argument, but objectively, Burden of Proof lies on the person making the initial claim.
Oh I don't think S397 should be their own publisher either lol. It sucks that there aren't better options out there for racing game studios.
On one hand, I want to see 397 get with a publisher who has the capital and financial proficiency to help them succeed. But on the other hand, Electronic Arts and Microsoft would kill any spirit LMU has. Maybe Sony? But then we'd have to worry about how they'd handle it in tandem with GT7. Nacon maybe? I dunno. Not a lot of great options that I'm aware of.
You can browse the internet and it’s flooded with negative comments, launching issues and CTD complaints.
I said back in February something smells fishy but now it all just smells rotten and everyone’s post just reads of denial and distraction from reality.
Yeah. Even if all development stopped now, I'd still play this game and likely for years to come. Epic races to be had.
Why anyone would waste time following the stock shares of a game company is a mystery to me. But, party on i guess. You're better off racing IMO.
