T500RS Steering Wheel Issue

During play the wheel feedback often stops responding completely even when set to invert. Is there any known issues / fixes?

At the moment I think the best you can do is bind a key to reload ffb and hit that when the ffb disappears.

It sounds weird maybe but I “know” a guy (not with a T500) that had disconnects in his wheel. turns out it was the fridge causing it when it turned on or off Just a thought

yes you have to download from thrustmasters website 2024 firmware for some reason i suddenly lost all ffb after try to get this sim to work, i bought this game spent 3 hours trying to get it to work

didn't even get to play the game and then tried to get a full refund not realising 3 hours had past lol .

and thought this game had bugged out my T300 because it was working as normal on all other racing sims few weeks ago and i have raced in a lot of very high grade no dive bombing and no under a certain age limit for a few years until they decided to kill off pcars2 on purpose and nothing else has really taken over '

but enough of me download the firmware and you will have FF for lemans and others again

PS for a sim game it sure uses far too much memory and check task manager why is it lemans 8 times thats what is causing high load in memory for no reason ,

I had troubles with the updates since the 2022 / 2023 updates for the T500

installing was not the problem but holding changed settings didnt work, after setting the FFB to 60 there was no forces when testiing in the test force tab and no FFB ingame
so I was stuck on the latest 2021 drivers, until this week!

Turns out that the wheel was connected to a USB 3 port since I have it (2015)
now on a USB 2 port it holds the settings and works in the test forces tab with the newest update

After nearly seven months, this issue is still unresolved. Could the developer confirm whether they intend to fix the problems with this steering wheel? It appears to be the only racing sim with a persistent compatibility issue. Just to clarify, the wheel drivers are fully up to date (Firmware: 47, Driver: 2.11.57.0). This is completely game-breaking and makes it unplayable! Perhaps the game description should clearly state compatible equipment, given that it's a simulation game.
