LA MANS CIRCUIT UNPLAYABLE

Come on 397 I like a lot the potential of this game and I understand it's still EA but it's unacceptable that the Le Mans circuit is unplayable. It took a life to load the Le Mans circuit and once in the race menu the game is slow like yesterday my poor Ferrari ... pls fix this ASAP. (and I've a very good PC with i7 14700k; 32 GB RAM and 4070 ti super;) thanks. PS all the other circuits are ok; in Iracing Le Mans I've zero problem like this)

Hm, so I ran an hour race at Le Mans against AI, full grid which I think was like 52 cars or 58 cars, something like that. It loaded and I ran some practice, skipped Q and raced with no issues except I wrecked the car like 3 times. I have i7-10700F, 16 RAM and my graphics card is a Geforce GTX 1660 Ti. Not sure how good/bad that is compared to what other people have, but I am not having issues. A couple weeks back I was getting this weird low FPS almost like it was missing every 5th frame, something weird like that, but it went away, not even sure what I did to fix it.
My graphics are set to High with some things like shadows, shadow blur set to low, not sure if that will help.

when I reach the track I race fluid at over 100 FPS with all MAX. It's crazy ... the issue is only when I'm in the race menu or I try to change the set-up of the car. and only at Le Mans ...

Turn your Post Effects down to low to fix the menu stuttering. I've no issues since doing that.

Yes, there is an underlying issue with the UI that is well documented. I have delay of 5-8 seconds in-game. It is to do with the extension they're using in-game that does not play well to higher resolutions.

Dude just put all your settings at low. Your spec are way below the required spec... Oh wait ?! What ?

Thks all for the feedback / comments. I tried lowering to min the Post Effects and select just 2 groups of car and now it's fine. Let's hope 397 will fix this ASAP. see u on track!

I would guess you have a limited amount of ram on your videocard. (or a laptop sharing memory with the system) 3 classes at Le Mans requires a large amount of Vram. What are your system specifications?

I have not checked since the update but before that 3 classes used 11.4gb of my 3060 12gb at LeMans and it was driveable.

Edit: I just loaded LMU up and this image shows the resources it uses with 3 classes on Le Mans track.

I'm assuming it will just use whatever you have the more the better at the moment until optimizations come.

I played this circuit in VR, with a i9 9900k; 32 GB RAM and 4070 ti super 16GB today, no problem. The only thing is, only racing works in headset (oculus 2) not the menu screens.
